About Us
Built from the Ground Up.
Allen didn't come up through financial services the way most people do. He started as an intern in 2011 at a family-owned firm where doing right by clients wasn't a tagline. It was just how the work got done.
Over the next fifteen years, he built deep expertise in comprehensive wealth management and fiduciary services, working his way into firm leadership. He spent years working alongside multi-generational families, navigating the complexity that comes when wealth, family dynamics, and long-term planning all have to work together at the same time. He saw the same patterns again and again: estate documents that needed updating, trusts that needed explaining, adult children who needed guidance before they inherited something they weren't ready for. Conversations that most advisors avoid but that Allen learned to welcome.
He also learned something. The families who struggled most weren't the ones without good professionals. They had excellent CPAs, capable estate attorneys, and experienced advisors. What they were missing was someone to bring those professionals together. Someone who could sit in the room with their attorney and their accountant, speak the same language, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks between conversations. That became as important to Allen as the planning itself.
Along the way he earned his CFP® certification in 2016, his AEP® designation in 2019, and his CTFA certification in 2023. Each credential wasn't a box to check. It was a deeper answer to the question of how to actually help families navigate complexity.
Eventually, Allen recognized it was time to build something different: a firm designed entirely around the client relationship.
Bespoke Family Advisors exists because the families Allen serves deserve more than a relationship managed by committee. They deserve someone who knows their story, thinks ahead on their behalf, and is paid only by them, never by anyone selling something else.
Outside the office, Allen's life is a good one. His fiancée Paula and their two dogs, Mack and River, have strong opinions about how weekends should be spent and are rarely wrong about it. Most of those weekends end up somewhere on Charles Mill Lake.
That is the life he is building. Bespoke is how he helps his clients build theirs.
